Medical Billing
From the initial steps of insurance verification to electronic claim filing and client billing, our policy is to ensure your billing is accurate and processed timely, ensuring your clients receive the most out of their benefits and you receive prompt payment for your time and service.
Insurance verification: Contact health plan carrier to verify benefit coverage time frame, copayments, coinsurance, deductible, pre-authorizations, treatment/session limitations, benefit exclusions (ie. group/family, diagnosis), and telehealth specifications for location and specific modifiers when needed.
Electronic claim filing: Complete and submit (HCFA-1500) claim forms via the use of insurance carrier websites, provider acquired software programs, or through a clearinghouse application such as Availity.
Client billing: Client billing statements for balances owed will be sent to your client on a weekly or monthly basis. Statements are created within the psychologist's acquired software program or via practice letterhead and delivered to your client's email address.
Provider Services
Providers are often required to update credentials with each insurance carrier. We are committed to keeping your Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare (CAQH) ProView account accurate and current. We also maintain your insurance enrollment applications, and payer network agreements when needed. Ensuring these applications are up-to-date allows quick electronic filing and remittance transactions for faster billing and payment.
